Job Description
Tulloch Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a Rentals Support Assistant to join their team on a short-term, part-time contract.
This role is a part-time, working 5 mornings per week (4 hours per day) on a short-term contract.
Working Hours (Flexible)
• 8:00am – 12:00pm
• 8:30am – 12:30pm
• 9:00am – 1:00pm
• 9:30am – 1:30pm
Main Responsibilities
• Processing equipment returned by customers (off-hire administration)
• Coordinating inspections and arranging repairs
• Providing general administrative and office support
• Assisting with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
Desired Qualities/Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
