Job Description
Tulloch Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager / Site Supervisor to support a high workload across multiple live projects.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in structural steelwork, cladding, industrial and/or commercial construction who can help manage projects safely and efficiently.
Key Duties:
• Supervision of live construction sites
• Health & safety monitoring and site compliance
• Coordination of labour, plant and materials
• Assisting with procurement and programme management
• Monitoring quality and workmanship
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and site teams
• Reporting progress and resolving site issues
• Assisting with cost control and variations
Desired Qualities/Qualifications
• Construction site supervision/project management experience
• Good understanding of steelwork and/or cladding installations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
• Full UK driving licence
Preferred Qualifications:
• SMSTS (preferred)
• SSSTS considered
• CSCS card
• First Aid
• Knowledge of CDM and construction site safety procedures
