Job Overview
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Office Junior to join our client’s team in Westhill. This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver or entry-level candidate looking to begin a career within an office environment. Full training will be provided for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to the office team
• Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Data entry and maintaining company records
• Filing, scanning, and document management
• Assisting with preparing documents and reports
• Supporting team members with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Maintaining a tidy and organised office environment

Skills & Requirements
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Office 365)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experiene & Qualifications
• No prior office experience required
• Suitable for school leavers or candidates seeking their first office role
• Basic IT literacy essential
