Job Description
Tulloch Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced CPCS Slinger/Signaller to support lifting operations on an ad hoc basis across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely attach and secure loads using appropriate lifting gear (slings, chains, hooks)
Direct crane operations using clear hand signals or radio communication
Plan lifts, assessing load weight, balance, and safe movement methods
Inspect lifting equipment before use to ensure safety and compliance
Monitor load movement to prevent hazards such as swinging or collisions
Desired Qualities/Qualifications
Valid CPCS Card (Slinger/Signaller)
Proven experience in a similar role on construction sites
Strong knowledge of lifting operations and site safety procedures
Clear communication skills for working with crane operators and site teams
Good understanding of health & safety regulations
