Job Description

We are currently recruiting Campaign Managers for our client in Aberdeen.

These are full time, permanent roles.

Campaign Manager will be a member of the Production Operations department, reporting to the Integrated Activity Manager and will lead the end to end delivery of multiple efficient and safe campaigns annually, covering 60% – 70% of all activity. Provide Strong change leadership to imbed our new approach to work delivery in Campaign mode.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Lead the onshore and offshore campaign planning and delivery teams
• Accountable for the safe and efficient delivery of each campaign
• Definition and detailed understanding of scope and sizing of campaign delivery team
• Tracking and understanding of campaign financial metrics and performance
• Act as a primary change leader to embed our new IAP approach
• Facilitation of trade off / break-in discussions
• Ensure campaign process is adhered to by the business
• Production and analysis of accurate KPIs to enable understanding of campaign process effectiveness
• Continuous improvement of the campaign process, system and tools
• Provide leadership on campaign safety, work delivery and financial performance to offshore team
• Lead the creation of campaign scopes through functional collaboration
• Approve any deviations from set campaign scope or for activities to be delivered outside campaign
• Understand business priorities to enable selection of scope
• Closely manage campaign delivery through leadership of daily meetings, creation of reports
• Approve or escalate break-in requests
• POB planning input based on desired campaign scope
• Embrace a digital process and drive continuous improvement of this
• Drive the decisions for specific work scopes that fall outwith the campaign model
• Use Operational and financial metrics to understand and report campaign model performance
• Implement improvement actions and communicate to relevant stakeholders

Desired Qualities/Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the Oil and Gas industry including supervisory/coordination role
• In depth experience of offshore operations in either an engineering or leadership capacity
• Analytical mindset and familiar with data manipulation and KPIs
• Proven capability to distil data analysis into performance improvement action
• Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
• Proven capability to multitask and operate in a fast paced environment

• Previous experience in managing major project or turnarounds
• BSc Degree qualified within Business or Engineering discipline
