Job Description
We are recruiting an Assistant QHSE Manager to join our Aberdeen client on a full time, permanent basis.
Hours of work are 0800 – 1630 Monday to Friday.
Joint Managerial responsibility (with Ops Manager) to Establish, maintain and implement the integrated Management System and to manage and control all aspects of QHSE Documentation within the company
Responsibilities
• Maintain IMS which conforms to the requirements of the following International and Industry Standards: ISO 9001, API Q1, API Q2, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Report on a regular basis (bi-annual report to top management) on the performance of the company
• Promote awareness of customer, environmental and OH&S requirements throughout company
• Establish/support QHSE representative committee and ensure consultation and participation of workers at all levels
• Supervision of goods Inward Inspectors and Supervision / Training of Document Control Assistant
• Carry out internal audits
• Ensure all Documentation from clients is logged and passed to relevant Project Managers / Engineers
• Send reminders to relevant Project Managers / Engineers when documents are due for submittal
• Attend Project Meetings and take minutes if required
• Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings to all attendees / relevant persons
• Manage Filing of QA documentation and maintenance of QA Job files
• Manage Preparation & compiling Certification Data Books for company jobs for issue to clients
• Maintaining manuals file
Desired Qualities/Qualifications
• QHSE Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Computer literate.
• QA / QC Documentation Experience
• Lead Auditor Certificate
