Job Description
Tulloch Recruitment Limited is a multi-disciplined recruitment business which was established in 1993 and has developed a proven track record for providing specialist personnel to clients across the Oil & Gas and Renewables industries. Headquartered in Aberdeen, Tulloch Recruitment is ideally situated to service the Oil & Gas sector in the North Sea but also operates globally.
We are currently looking to employ an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant, who will report directly to the divisional manager on all daily tasks. Applicant should have recruitment experience in sourcing personnel on staff or contract basis, with a strong understanding of the oil & gas industry.
Responsibilities:
• Interviewing candidates both in person and over the phone.
• Reference checking all candidates before placing on client assignment.
• Responsible for the timely response to client enquiries.
• Accurately record all client and candidate related information into recruitment software and internal data management systems.
• Ensuring candidate experience/competence meets required specifications.
• You will have strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients.
