Job Description
• Contribute to the development of Human Resources Strategies and the effective introduction and monitoring of them.
• Responsible for providing a first level support service primarily to all Supervisors/Managers and potentially all staff at all levels for Human Resource issues.
• Lead and assist with the recruitment and selection process of appropriately competent offshore personnel in conjunction with the appropriate manager.
• Liaise with the operations management team and logistics regularly to ensure that all objectives and targets are being met in relation to required manning levels.
• Responsible for ensuring that HR systems are kept fully up to date to enable accurate HR reporting.
• To participate in employee relations issues such as absence management, discipline, grievances and disputes, harassment etc
• Demonstrate values and behaviours related to Company standards and act as a role model for all internal and external customers.
• Responsible for the visitation plans for all offshore and onshore units.
• Lead, motivate and coach Logistics and Administration team on a day to day basis in line with company values.

• Proven experience in project work
• CIPD qualified required or experience in similar capacity
