Job Description

Our client based in Aberdeen has a requirement for a Supply Chain Team Assistant to join their team on an ongoing contract basis.

Duties include:

• General support to Supply Chain Manager, Contracts & Purchasing Manager and their respective teams of personnel
• Distribution of mail and paperwork
• Collation of weekly reports on an ad hoc basis
• Maintenance of the Group’s HR process
• Arrange Medicals, BOSIET, Offsite Teambuilding Activities
• Maintenance of information and communication process within the Maintenance Intranet page
• Arrange travel and accommodation as required
• Organise meeting rooms and any supporting requirements
• Manage team vacation and illness forms and spreadsheet
• Recording meeting minutes – as required
• Organise catering, work wear and stationary
• Assist with collation and coordination of the team’s time writing requirements
• Management of information databases
• Provide cover for other Team Assistants during leave periods
• Coordination of hard copy invoices
• Raising SAP purchase and service requisitions
• Input of SAP invoices and settlements
• Provide support to Supply Chain Analyst
• Drafting personnel requisitions and personnel call offs, updating NET, and running reports on current agency and contractor personnel as and when required
• Prepare all paperwork for new starts organising computer equipment / telephone, security pass, folder access

Desired Qualities/Qualifications


• Secretarial / business qualification
• Advanced IT skills (MS Office in particular)
• Strong communication skills
• Background knowledge of the oil and gas industry
• Well-organised with good timekeeping
• Experience in or a desire to develop learning and skills with SAP System

• Relevant Higher education, HNC, HND, Diploma or degree (Law, QS, Business Studies or similar)
