Job Description
We are currently seeking one or two experienced Offshore HSE Contractors to support an upcoming project in Liverpool Bay with ENI.
Assignment Details
• Start Date: 30 June 2026 for 3 months
• Rotation: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off
• Potential for extension
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• HSE and technical support for general queries.
• Participate in workplace activities to raise the quality of HSE input, including workplace risk assessments, incident investigation, SSOW, emergency response drills and risk management.
• Monitor/Audit Management System Guidelines (MSG) and procedural compliance.
• Coordination and delivery of relevant HSE coaching and training.
• Monitor implementation and effectiveness of HSE plans for all assigned facilities.
• Promote a risk-based approach to HSE management.
• Promote Eni Golden Rules and ensure compliance
• Lead initiatives to promote visible and pro-active management commitment and employee involvement in HSE activities.
• Collecting, tracking, storing, analyzing and reporting HSE performance data and identifying improvements.
• Close out actions and delivery of reports in a timely manner.
• Develop and deliver Monthly Safety meetings and review of statistics.
• Network with peers to utilize best practices and lessons learned.
• Fully comply with Eni Code of Ethics and Law 231 principles.

Desired Qualities/Qualifications

• MIST
• Valid Offshore Medical Certificate
Education & Professional Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a recognised technical/trade qualification.
• HSE qualification such as:
o NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), or
o NEBOSH Oil & Gas Certificate, or
o IOSH Managing Safely
• ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification preferred, but not mandatory.
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years’ offshore HSE experience.
• Previous hands-on operational experience in drilling, marine vessels, mechanical construction, or similar disciplines would be highly advantageous.
Legal & Compliance Requirements
• Valid passport and any required visas.
• Legal right to work in the operating region.
• Security clearance (where applicable).
