Job Description
The optimum project manager will work very closely as a team with the Global Project team and be responsible for the roll out of the ERP system which includes finance, purchasing and operations, in 4 European countries.
• Ability to identify and analyse gaps between the country’s specific business needs and the global ERP solution
• Candidate will serve as a link between local users and IS&T to challenge the identified gaps and facilitate the adoption of ERP business processes.
• Responsible for managing of data migration activities from existing accounting systems and other supply chain systems.
• Liaise with group IS&T and selected companies on the local development implementation
• Throughout the project, define and communicate on the communication and change management strategy as well as represent Europe in the Group ERP project.
• Responsible for the overall project management of the project rollout (timeline, budget control, local communication)
Desired Qualities/Qualifications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and good influencing and training skills.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a multicultural team
• At least 2 years experience in ERP implementation and 5 years in project management
• Experience with MS Dynamics AX is a plus.
• Ability to analyze, document and reengineer business processes
• Must be available to travel (50%) within the region.
