Job Description
• Provide sales invoicing and other related assistance to busy sales department
• Provide absence cover for reception and other general administration duties
• Assisting management to ensure best practices are adhered to
• Creating purchase orders and goods receipting invoices
• Liaising with customers regarding delivery/tracking details
• Archiving and invoicing of completed jobs
Desired Qualities/Qualifications
• Sound, professional manner
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Previous admin experience preferred
• Previous reception experience preferred
• Part time hours
