Job Description

Based in Dyce, this is a temporary role with an expected duration of approximately 1 year.

Duties will include:

• Ensure all materials are catalogued accurately within SAP
• Communicate with engineering and projects groups regarding inventory accuracy
• Assist the different departments in creating material master numbers when physically found
• Transfer stock to vendors, from/to AFEs or work orders or for repair as required
• Action any MRP min/max requirements, including communication with engineers
• Obtain engineer MRP approvals to assist with SAP workflow
• Support the organisation’s annual stock counts, including third party locations and investigating stock discrepancies
• Provide admin support to the warehouse team, ensuring all processes are implemented effectively, including SAP MIGO transactions as required
• Manage bin maintenance
• Ordering of stationary and PPE for warehouse when required
• Provide offshore materials & inventory cover as required
• Any other duties as required to assist day to day warehouse operations
